Burger King is a longtime supporter of the Cayman Islands Angling Club and local fishing tournaments and is thrilled to announce their sixth annual fishing tournament in 2023, the BK BIG FISH. The tournament will take place over three full fishing days, March 10-12, with over $60,000 in cash and prizes to be won and giveaways for all participants.
Registration
Opens at 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 9th by the pool at the GTYC & Captain‘s Table at Cayman Brac
Cost
$200 per boat which includes 4 anglers. Each additional angler $100
Fishing
6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Friday – Sunday, March 10th – 12th
Weigh In
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Barcadere Marina & Channel Wharf
Awards Presentation
7:00 pm on Monday, March 13th at the GTYC Restaurant and pool

Blue Marlin Release – $5,000
The Whopper – $10,000

Heaviest Eligible Fish, caught by a 2023 Cayman Islands Angling Club member – $2,000
Heaviest Specified Species Fish – $1,000 Each Day
Heaviest Barracuda – $500 Each Day
PLUS, every boat weighing in each day will be entered to win 1 prize of $500 per fishing day. Come in and weigh your catch to be entered!
